Action operates stores in eleven countries — Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy and since 2022 in Spain and 2023 Slovakia. Action, with over 2,500 stores and 80,000 employees, generated €8.9 billion in net sales in 2022.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for leading the integration track for the implementation.
· Working on Solution architecture, high level design, detail design, development, and testing.
· Understood the business needs and the technical requirements in implementing the applications.
· Involved in the application architectural discussion.
· Establish new technical areas like APIs, Monitoring tools, Error handling frameworks etc.
· Mass data synchronization of Users, products, accounts and other configuration data from SAP ECC to Salesforce CRM.
· Lead both offshore and onsite teams in delivering the tasks.
