JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Quantification: Taking of quantities for the individual activities like form work, concrete etc. with GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION drawings for client billing, labor billing & tracking of quantities with reference to the client bill.
  • Client bill preparation: Bill preparing with the quantities against the work done for the current month with reference to the BOQ rates (Tender rates)
  • Labor bill preparation: Bill preparing with the quantities as per the work done by the concern labour contractors or sub- contractors with the reference to the rates quoted in their WORK ORDERS.
  • Rate analysis: Analysis done for tenders as per the work incorporated in the specification required by the client with reference to the market rates & labor rates are analyzed for the concern activity as per the quantity executed by the labor team in site. It may vary for the same activity as per the structures.
  • Program preparing for upcoming activities: The monthly & micro level (day wise) program will be prepared for the upcoming activities with the quantity to be executed with reference to the MCP (Master Construction Program)
  • Progress updating based on site condition: The progress will be updated as per the site condition by tracking with the weekly, monthly & micro level programs.
  • Budgeting: Its shows the actual cost required in the project for the month to execute the work as per the program planned for the current month.
  • Monthly Projection: It the shows the profit/ loss for the month in overall, which includes the cost required for every technical & non – technical works as per the programme planned for the current month.
  • Co-ordination: Coordinate with the Commercial, Billing, Planning, and Drawing Coordination teams to obtain all required information, technical clarifications, work orders, materials, manpower, and other necessary resources. Ensure seamless coordination with the site execution team to achieve project targets in accordance with the approved project schedule.
  • Progress Tracking: Conduct regular review and coordination meetings with vendors, contractors, and the site execution team to monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues promptly, and ensure project milestones are achieved in accordance with the approved schedule.
  • Drawing preparation: Preparation of drawing for the temporary structures like site office, labor camps, site layout, etc.
  • Joint Measurement & record maintenance: If the work executed in site which is not in BOQ or in tender will be measured jointly with the client engineers for claiming the bill. The recorded document will be mutually signed which is documented for client billing.
