- Used different LLM prompts to standardize certification and license names from raw data files (PDL/Onet). This gave us clean, consistent, and quality data for the certification/license API, and fixed the CRM dropdown menus so they are much easier for users to work with.
- Automated the extraction of all country-wise state codes information from Wikipedia, and updated the MongoDB collections for STG and PROD environments. This initiative significantly enhanced data accuracy and standardized location data, ensuring reliability for downstream systems and reporting.
- Developed and scheduled end-to-end automation scripts for all the services within the QA hub. This streamlined the testing process by enabling daily automated validation, which reduced manual effort, and allowed for early detection of deployment issues.
- Optimized the location quality process to run much faster, cutting the execution time down from 20 hours to just 6 hours. This 70% improvement means we get results the same day and can make data-driven decisions much quicker.
- Improved the Degree Field of Study (FOS) mappings by checking our data against reliable external sources. This helped us find and fix discrepancies, making our education analytics much easier to use.
- Resolved the number of support tickets and filtered out general questions from actual service requests. This helped route issues to the CRM and AI sourcing teams faster, which really sped up our turnaround time on production fixes.
- Contributed data pipeline code to handle event generation via Livy for U.S. regions. I tested it thoroughly to make sure it stays within query limits, and it is now running stably and logging events correctly across all environments.
