· Overall in-Charge of Eastern Zone ESIC Property Management Division(PMD) and engineering in-charge of various project executions works like Hospital /Medical College cum PG college, various medical dispensary, branch offices and corporate office building

Total Built up area 38 lacs sft. and height of the twin tower is 309.3 Meter. Total construction cost is 1800 Cr/360 Million USD. and project value is 6500 Cr. ) project works at Lower Parel, Mumbai, India.

· To provide a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, suppliers.

· Overall Conferred with contractors and other members of the engineering team and conducted make inquiries to determine the project requirement

● Coordination with the project Architects, various consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors

and formworks team of DOKA/MEVA shuttering .

. Preserving company image in maintaining a perfect site logistics plan and site cleanliness

· AS per site requirement preparing service PR and materials PR in SAP and SES entries based on JMR

· Overall controlling/managing the project executions, quality controlling, safety at site and all reporting works as per company SOP of 4.81 lacs sqft.( Project Value is 67.34 Cr. ) Real Estate Multi Story Group Housing project works at NCR region and Jamshedpur, India.

· To provide a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and visitors.

· Coordination with the project Architects, various consultant G.M.(project),VP and sub-contractor.
