• Refactored the legacy codebase into standalone components, significantly reducing bundle size and boosting runtime performance.
• Configured Karma-Jasmine test suite, ESLint, and SonarQube to enforce code quality, reduce smells, and ensure coverage.
• Upgraded the Kendo UI component library to the latest release, leveraging new features for improved UX.

• Boosted unit test code coverage from 30% to 80% through systematic test authoring across all feature modules.
• Implemented NgRx state management and built shared libraries with preview capability using the Handbook tool.
• Configured Nx mono-repo architecture, separating the Angular frontend and the .NET backend into independent repositories.
• Established GitHub PR templates, commit conventions, and Code Owners to enforce quality gates on the frontend repo.
