PROJECT NAME: Machine Learning Pipeline

• Key member of the team who developed entire Machine Learning Pipeline from Scratch in Python.
• Was involved in all the planning and architecture design meetings.
• Worked closely with Data Engineers and other developer counter parts to deploy the pipeline in Production.
• Improved this Pipeline to support versioning of machine learning models.

PROJECT NAME: Alert Correlation Algorithm

• In IT Operations, an IT Admin receives thousands of alerts from the IT resources(Servers, Network devices, etc) and most of these alerts are duplicate, redundant(i.e. multiple alerts are received because of the same issue), etc.
• If there is a small problem in IT resource, IT admin receives multiple alerts to inform about this issue and multiple failures occur because of a single problem.
• The goal of the project is to correlate all these duplicate, redundant and different alerts caused by the same issue.
• Built a Deep learning model(LSTM) to learn the sequence of alerts and correlate them.
• Deployed this model in Production Environment using the machine learning pipeline.

PROJECT NAME: Time Series Change Detection

• Many metrics in IT resources such as CPU, Disk, Memory, etc. Suddenly change its pattern a lot from its normal behavior because of unexpected reasons and these unexpected changes will lead to downtime of key business applications.
• The goal of this project is to notify the IT Personnel about these sudden changes in the key metrics of IT resources as soon as possible, so that they get enough time to look at the issue and fix them.
• Built a time series forecasting model to forecast these key metrics for every 4 hrs time window and updating the model frequently with changing behavior of these metrics.
• This Model looks at the error in the predictions(Actual - Forecasted value) and if this error is higher than the threshold, then model will raise a notification alert in the product to inform the IT Personnel.

PROJECT NAME: Data Analysis Projects

Have worked on many data analysis projects which involved stake holders from CEO to an entry level developer. Here are some of the projects that i did:

• Analyzed the existing pricing model of the product and various other pricing models that exists and forecasted the revenue with each of these models. Communicated my findings to all the stakeholders such as CFO, VP's, Finance and Product teams.
• Used quantitative data gathered to develop an understanding of customer behavior, demographics and lifecycle. Presented data that helped guide decisions of the company.
• Created visually impactful dashboards in Python and Tableau for data reporting. Also created a analytical dashboard in AWS Quicksights for Product managers and other teams who involve in defining Product Roadmap.
• Built an automatic report building command line tool in Python for Customer Success teams to show case the Product value that customer get.
