Roles & Responsibilities:

• Currently managing 40 dark stores with end-to-end Operations Support (R&M activities)
• Handling vendor management, including coordination, performance tracking, and issue resolution
• Managing PO creation and ERP processes for smooth procurement and billing cycles
• Overseeing utility management (electricity, water, diesel, etc.) across all locations
• Maintaining and tracking incident reports, ensuring timely closure and compliance
• Planning and executing monthly major maintenance activities and shutdown activities
• Leading a team of 30+ staff including Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and MST personnel
• Managing cold room breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime
• Supervising electrical PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) activities for all sites

• Working as a Technical Executive @ CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd. Handling over 6,67,000 sq. ft area at HDFC Bank Ltd.
• Good team player & maintaining good relationship with team.
• Good understanding about DC related activities, electrical maintenance, server commissioning / Decommissioning, Cabling, HVAC system (maintain cooling in server halls, PEC monitoring, AHU monitoring), BMS System (BMS software, VESDA, FM 200, WLD, Fire alarm system, Gas suppression system).
• Maintains SLA and KPI's to meet the clients requirement.
• Expertise in handling situations at the time of breakdown.
• Handling preventive maintenance activities, vendor management, testing and management skills also as an interested about designing & calculations of new system installations.
• Expertise in closing audit points, reviewing PPM & service reports.
• Maintaining Daily MIS reports, monthly & weekly consumption reports.
• Asset management & stock management calculations.

• Operation & Maintenance of Transformers (2500MVA, HT/LT Switch Gear, Circuit Breakers, LT motors, True Online Double conversion UPS, DG set (2500 KVA) commissioning, Testing, Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system WC Chillers, AC Chillers, PAHUs, Cooling towers. CSUs, PACs, VRVs.
• Working as a SPOC for Electrical system
• Handling Mumbai 70 branches Repair & maintenance work, UPS Critical issues, Electrical Issues
• Preparation of MMR and SOP of Mechanical, Electrical and IBMS system for monthly, quarterly (online and offline) PPM activities of all critical equipment and its implementation
• Hands on experience in Daily report, Open Calls Report and Monthly billing report for client.
• Training M & E team.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling the DC Operations
• Capacity management, - responsible for power, space and cooling management of Data Center
• Identifying bottlenecks areas of the system, conducting IRs / RCAs and implementing ways to rectify the same; maintaining why-why analysis record for Mechanical and Electrical equipment.

• Operation & Maintenance of Transformers (11KVA), DG (500KVA) HT/LT Switch Gear, Circuit Breakers
• Hydropneumatic system for Flushing & domestic line.
• Maintenance of kitchen Equipment, maintenance of All OTIS Elevators
• Handling & Maintenance of FIRE alarm system. PA system, IBMS System, CCTV system
• System changeover during blackout as well as any emergency condition or power failure from grid.
• Analysis of Utility consumption & consumed demand; maintained daily utility consumption report
• Analysis & Maintaining power factor, Contract Demand & load factor to get benefit in energy bill from source agency
• Facilitating for Plant Start-up, normal running, planned\emergency shutdown and troubleshooting during emergency, blackout operations, job planning and timely execution of the same.
• Imparting technical, operation and troubleshooting training to all operating personnel.

• Operation & Maintenance of Electrical system (HT /LT panels, Daily Readings and rounding’s for monitoring all equipment’s like, UPS, HT/LT panels, DG etc.)
• System changeover during blackout as well as any emergency condition; DG operations during abnormal condition or Black out condition

• Operation & Maintenance of Electrical system (LT panels, Daily Readings and rounding’s for monitoring all equipment’s like, UPS, LT panels, DG etc.)
• CCTV system Servicing & maintenance work
• System changeover during blackout as well as any emergency condition; DG operations during abnormal condition or Black out condition

• Operating & maintenance of 198 TR Air cooled Carrier Chiller Plant.
• Checking & maintain the Cooling Temperature, VAV, PAC AHU
• Handling & operation IBMS System, Access control system, CCTV, Fire alarm system, firefighting system.
