• Managing institutional Clients and working as single point of contact for all trade activities for equities.
• Match client instructions with broker confirmations, liaising with custodian, IMs and brokers where applicable to ensure all trades are instructed to market within published deadlines.
• Resolving stock breaks by working with custodians and back-office teams to ensure our IM have access to right information in order to place trades.
• Adhere to market norms as we have critical EMEA and APAC trades which have penalties attached to it.
• Resolving breaks by working with client and back-office teams.
• Quality checks on reports released to custody are done to ensure right information and right liability on failed trades is assigned.
• Work with Static Team to have client SSI updated as per DTCC Alert application. This will help trade match during VD-1 or on VD without any issues/discrepancy.
• Assistance is provided to Front Office on claims received from broker by providing them all correspondence details and explaining teams about the reason on claim.
• Allocation of stock to relevant clients as per CTM confirmations received.

UTI Reconciliation

• Unit Trust Income process is a Non-contractual market where we work once we receive the cash from custody or TA only.
• Identifying and reconciling the assets regarding the events that take place in the market like corporate action events like Redemption, Exchange Event etc.
• Reconcile Dividend Distributions like Cash and Stock paid to custody clients.
• Reach out to Unit trust managers for the missing instructions or payments to the clients.
• Work with the team and make sure to implement necessary controls and procedures as per the requirement.
• Research and identify the funds that relate to Unit Trust assets and apply the funds as per CASS regulations.
• Trained analysts on best practices contributing to a stronger overall team performance.
• Increased stakeholder satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate financial information tailored to their specific needs.

UKEC Income Reconciliation

• Reconcile coupon payments paid to the custody and non-custody clients. Work with market claims team to have the funds claimed from the broker/counter party.
• Investigate on the payment status in the market.
• Liaise with Account managers to get the trades settled from Investment managers.
• Investigate the root cause for the break and provide resolution. Work with lending team to get the funds claimed from the broker in case of contractual payments.
• Work with Euroclear and crest for payment or trade relates.
