Ensuring zero gaps in statutory compliance of Central & State rules. E.g. –Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, ESIC, EPFO, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc.
Ensure timely update of various legal register on daily & monthly basis.
Maintain all the records related with I.S.O. 14001 & 45001, Certification like Training, organize safety meeting, mock drill, General Housekeeping Record, Air & Noise Monitoring, Maintain Accident & Incidence register etc.
Timely Renewal of NOC (Fire), License (Factory).
Timely calibration testing of various equipment under Factory Act, Weight & Measurement.
Liaison with Local & Govt. authorities. E.g. – Factory Department, ESIC Department, EPFO, SIDCUL, Fire Department, Police Department.
* Attendance & Payroll Management
Preparing salary breakup for new employee.
Verifying all input in salary statement
Checking Variance in payroll and ensure correction of the same.
Preparing monthly MIS for Cost of employee
