Lead the ‘3D High-Definition Maps' as Portfolio/Program manager for Highly Automated Driving (Labeling & Localization) to support the organizational vision of launching HD Live Map commercially.

· Responsible for multiple global programs in HAD, 3D Visual Contents, Core POI & Pedestrian Communities.

Notable Attainments: -

- Successfully delivered 555K KMs of Localization data to Automobile customers which was widely appreciated by Stakeholders.

- 141K € savings in 2017 through L&D by creating a new separate training module for Highly Automated Driving

- Key contributor in ramping of Headcount from 30 to 360 for Localization program

- Supported in launch and upscaling of machine learning projects for ~100+ resources, thus contributing to robust feedback mechanism towards autonomous driving projects.

- Kaizen Blitz event held in Mumbai for POI Process simplification there by generating savings of 19K Man hours translating to 95K Euros.

- Worked with outsourced production teams towards monitoring and controlling measure and communicate project performance status to internal and global stakeholders.

- Launch and led various organization wide People Engagement Initiatives HIPE (HERE India People Engagement)

- Revamp and launch of the new Rewards & Recognition program across the organization and socialization across other global sites

Responsible for Utility Mapping for Power & Telecom Sectors, Land use/Land Cover, Conversion, Digitization projects & Engineering drawings
