• Site Mobilization.
• Individually Handle the Site.
• Site activities Source approvals from client.(Design Mix & construction materials).
• Coordinating with H.O & R.O for Engineering and commercials.
• Knowledge of safety & Quality norms and implementing at site & preparing risk assessment all site activities.
• Preparing DPR & WPR, MPR, MIS Reports.
• Preparing Micro plan for site activates.
• Periodical meeting with sub-contractors to resole the issues & discuss site progress etc…..
• Conducting the Safety & Quality motivation programs
• Surveying of site, drawn layouts and substation yards and cable trench routings.
• Contour Levels (surveying).
• Excavating civil work as per SOP(standard operating procedures).
• Maintain the FQP records, like MTC And Third party test reports and cement consumption.
• Analyze survey reports, drawings, blueprints and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Maintain the all construction materials records
• Check the measurements after poring the concrete.
• Planning & executing day to day activities as per client plan.
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades and elevations to guide construction.
• Studying the contract and Drawings for the extraction of needful data.
• Calculating the BOQ’s from drawings.
• Prepare the work orders for Sub Contractors.
• Monitoring the process of Request for Inspection of the work at site and recording the approved quantities for the billing.
• Procurement of steel and cement as per the requirement of site by taking quotations from different parties, preparing comparative statement and placing order for L1.
• Maintenance the progress of whole project with the help of bar Charts.
• Knowledge in erection works. Like 7CB& 7CC and 7CA and LM
• Knowledge in 765kV Reactor Foundation and associated civil works.
• Piling & Pile foundation & pile caps (Cost in site pile foundation).
• Preparation of BBS.
• Prepare the L2 Schedule.
• Collect the Quotations for material Procurement.
• Mobilization the Site. (Office setup and levels, Storage of Materials)
• Experience in Fire Fighting Building (FFPH) and Control Room building.
• Experience in Switchyard Equipment Foundations.
• Experience in GIS Hall foundations and associated equipment foundations, cable trench, Duct foundations.
• Constructed Culverts, Drains and Station Buildings.
• Done 765 & 400kV Tower foundations.
• Total station operating (SOKIA).
• Erection works like 7CB and 7CA and equipments.
• Earthing and Fire fighting.
• Segregation of Materials According to BOM.
• Cable laying and Gladding & Terminations.
• Splicing in FO cables in panel rooms. & OD systems.
• Knowledge in Road work (CC Roads & BT Roads).
• ACP Glazing work.
• Estimation of Civil works.
• Preparation of BOQ.
• RCC Buildings.
