Responsibilities:
As a Branch Head, I am tasked with diverse responsibilities like managing branch operations, handling audits, ensuring quality control, and leading digital transformation initiatives. Moreover, I personally attend to major clients ensuring their specific requirements are met without any compromise on service quality standards.

Workdone:

1. Responsible for achieving branch operational targets including Trade STP, Limit utilization, and Digital migration.
2. Cross-selling a variety of products to customers as per their requirements. Holdregular client meetings for Business development.
3. Liaising with different departments for client servicing including treasury, CAD and Business etc.
4. Leading a team of 4 staff for managing Pitampura branch, including trade and forex transactions.
5. Process daily transaction volume including trade and GBO within approved timelines.
6. Handle the Audit, SLA performances, Quality scores directly and followed up with Quality check department for regular MIS.

Achievements
1. Received 3 grade promotions for consistent exceptional performance across all parameters, and achieved the best rating (1) in the annual appraisal process for the last 3 consecutive years at YES Bank.
2. Awarded for outstanding performance in Forex
contest in Delhi and received certification for excellent handling of
trade transactions.
3. Enable migration of clients to Digital banking channels such as Net Banking and Trade On Net (TON).

Responsibilities:
As Banking Assistant at HSBC Bank, I was responsible for processing a variety of Trade transactions, dealing with foreign banks, offering deals to clients based on their needs, and efficiently handling Forex transactions. Compliance and customer relationship management were also significant facets of my role.
Workdone:
1. Ensured regular filing of compliance documents to RBI.
Processed Trade transactions like advance, direct import, buyer’s credit, Corporate and retail remittance, Bank guarantee, and Letter of credit
2.Handled Forex transactions including currency, travel card and Travelers cheques.
3. Offered a variety of deals to corporate clients according to their needs
