  • Working on Electrical Harness designing and harness creation.
  • Designed 200+ electrical harnesses currently used for the TTT projects and electrification of tractors.
  • This includes the process of creating schematics for the required wiring harness as well as creating a new harness based on the schematics.
  • Worked on 10+ electrical schematics for wiring harnesses for CATERPILLAR Tractors, which also includes the routing and rerouting of bundles.
  • Creating PRO diagram from wiring integration and layout received from CAT.
  • Other processes such as selecting required connectors and wires, bundles, spools, etc., for maintenance of each completed harness.
  • Creation of harness drawings from scratch which includes processes such as creating MR and FR files and creating new CP part for harnesses.
  • Detailing of harness drawings and wiring GP is also done daily, which includes various QC tools such as Print Check, Vis-Mock up, and Creo Integration Package.
  • This work also requires the creation of sheet metal brackets that are abstract in shape, also Detailing of bracket drawings.
  • Have good experience in GD&T as well for detailing bracket drawings. Worked with over 500+ bracket detailing drawings.
  • Also working on Teamcenter for the PLM process, which includes check-in, check-out, CN creation, JT creation, Notice, EDS upload and BIQ creation as well.
  • Have completed 40+ CN for projects associated with CATERPILLAR.
  • Also well versed with GMT creation for completed projects.

  • Worked on Designing Air disinfection and water disinfection products. Primarily on sheet metal design and surface modeling in Creo and Siemens NX.
  • Key part of the work was to implement new designs that use fewer materials and efficient ways to produce them. Also have hands-on experience in fabrication process such as welding, laser cutting, bending etc.
  • Designed and built 3 main products, Yuvi Safe Surface Disinfector, Air Disinfector Mini, Max, and Micro, which can be found on the website, from concept to prototype and to assembly.
  • Worked with UV-C lights for the disinfection process and found efficient ways to implement it to be compact as well as have a high degree of efficiency without increasing costs.
  • Created product design requirements and managed production in collaboration with suppliers to align design strategies to cost and production requirements.
  • Worked on Outsourcing of components as well as services such as laser cutting and sheet metal bending.
  • Created whole documentation from scratch required for production as well as design planning, design documentation, SOP, production planning, Defect report, inventory tracking, stock regulation, etc.
