• Led regular meetings with team leaders and front-line staff to convey important operational information and new targets.
• Coordination between all vertical of constructions, internal and external stakeholders for large Retail led mixed used project
• Review and checking of Concept level, Tender and GFC drawings of all projects.
• Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities.
• Vendor Development, material sourcing, building specification and project management.
• Provide ideas for aesthetic development od spaces by sculpture, Art-works, materials etc.
• Supervise and maintain workflow related to design and execution.
• Project Site visit and supervision of Architecture and Interior finishing works

Home & Soul (H&S) is well known developer at NODIA. H&S has multivariate project in the field of Retail and Residential (Mid segment to High segment). Few projects under:

• Boulevard Walk, Greater NOIDA – A mixed used building including mall, Office spaces, Hotels, Service Apartment and MLCP of approx. 15 Lacs sqft.
• Beetle Lap, F Premier, Beetle Orchid – A Group Housing
• PAGE THREE – Luxury apartments including Villas and duplex pent-houses

Major Responsibilities Includes:

• Coordination between all vertical of constructions, internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and checking of Concept level, Tender and GFC drawings of all projects.
• Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities.
• Selection of various vendors , shop drawings, material selections.
• Site visit and supervision.

Mahagun Group is a conglomerate of Companies operating in residential and commercial Real Estate and hospitality sectors like:

• Design & Development of the above-mentioned projects including area & FAR calculations.
• Coordination between all vertical of constructions, internal and external stakeholders, consultants etc
• Coordination of all marketing, sales and CRM team.
• Checking the GFC drawings
• Working with Contracts and Purchase department.
• Site visit and supervision

Worked for 150-acre township, Marketing office, Bus terminus, Hotel Radisson Blu etc

Worked as Architect for various Defence Services Project across India, HUDA Housing Projects, and other Competitive Projects.
