Executive Assistant

  • Assisting CEO on day to day operation
  • Managing reporting manager email inbox and sending responses
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation

Statutory and Compliances

  • Gathers and tracks time records of employees and calculates hours/ day worked, bonuses, tax and PF, ESI and deductions in order to make accurate payment
  • Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, performance pay calculations)
  • Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.)
  • Generation of UAN numbers of new joiners in organization, e-filing and submission of monthly challan
  • Handling ESI/ PF related queries
  • Calculate OT for Employees and process the salary accordingly

Payroll

  • Preparing company’s salary sheets, reports and updates salary sheets accordingly
  • Ensure timely disbursements of monthly salary of our staff deployed at site
  • Maintains employees records including the correct entry of changes in employees status
  • Maintaining Probation Confirmation letters and Extension Letters for contract employees

Administration

  • Provide a range of administrative support functions to the HR team such as, offer letters, contracts of employment, outward and inter office letters etc
  • Provide appropriate reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training
  • Taking the NOC from the entire concerns department and calculate final dues considering all earnings and deductions
  • Preparing of FnF settlement of resigned employees, Experience and relieving letter
  • Undertake delegated tasks and projects as required
  • Documented Human Resource Records maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
  • Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
  • Evaluating KRA’s and KPI’s of employees

Attendance and Leave Management

  • Maintaining and generating employee attendance report
  • Maintaining Leave Register & Attendance Register and updating leave letters
  • Bulk uploading of new joined employees and updating in HRMS
