• My role involves in all technical activities within the plastic pyrolysis process. Which includes quality of the Raw materials, Process optimisation, Catalyst, Reactions, Outputs(Oil & Gas) & Safety of the Plant.
• Working with IICT on Extraction of Gray Hydrogen out of Syn-Gas.
• Working on Designs and layout for new Commercial Plant.

R&D on different Plastic raw materials for Process optimization, Responsible for the Commercial operations of the plant, Inputs & Outputs of the plant & Quality improvement of the outputs.

• Research & Development : Did R&D On different designs of reactors with all types of Plastic and Established (Batch Type Plastic Pyrolysis Plant) Into Commercially operated 10TPD Plant.
• Procurement & Manufacturing of Machinery.
• Plant layout design & Erection of 10TPD Operating Batch Plant.
• Plant Start up and process trails.
• Vendor selection process and validation of vendor credentials
• Responsible for Plant Production and Quality control.
• Responsible for Safety and safety compliance in the plant.
• Ensuring man power availability, managing the production with optimum manpower.
• Managing the production process with in the agreed cost budget.
• Following safe practices during the entire process from Raw material's to Finished goods.
• Defining SOP (Standard operating procedure) and work instructions for machinery operators.
• Statutory compliance for dangerous goods, storage and transportation.
• Responsible for Quality control in production.
• Sample verification or the raw material and ensuring that impurities are within the vendor agreed limits as per the Purchase order
• Verification of oil quantity and quality.
• Ensuring that produced Oil is transferred to difference storage tanks based on the oil quality.
