• Manage cases logged by users across the globe to reset their access on Google accounts to provide uninterrupted access management.
• Check and verify users provided details prior to assistance to comply with security and integrity policies.
• Cross verification of creation IPs (Internet protocol) from the end user account perspective.
• Identification of real user or ghost access to ensure an account is safe with privileged user access.
• Responsible to provide end to end Google account access management support via tickets on the backend.
