Budgeting:- Budget Preparation to approval and Allocation of budget for various maintenance tasks and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Inventory Management:- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure that stock is available when needed without overstocking. Using historical data and trends to predict future inventory needs and plan. accordingly.
