Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute PLM & CAD application upgrades, rehosting, and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. (Windchill 12.1 and Creo 10 Upgrade)
• Develop and maintain product roadmap aligns with business objectives and customer needs, driving long-term strategy and product evolution. (SAP BOM Integration, Change Management Process Implementation, etc.)
• Capture, formalize, and prioritize business requirements, collaborating closely with the business to refine and document needs for new and ongoing projects.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and roadmap priorities for continuous project improvement.
• Oversee and manage IT solutions within the PLM domain, including integration with extended PLM landscapes (SAP, PIRL, and in-house tools).
• Analyze engineering IT landscape and propose solutions to optimize and rationalize IT assets.
• Provide global training to over 800 PLM users and 7 key users across 7 sites and 4 product groups on application usage and new developments.
• Managed outsourced developers, overseeing timesheet approvals, performance tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality project deliverables.

Operation Responsibilities

• Oversee application operations, including upgrades, vulnerability management, and the timely resolution of security issues, to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Manage incident resolution processes, ensuring compliance with SLA targets and minimizing service disruptions, maintaining high service levels.
• Monitor and report on SLA performance, ensuring timely incident resolution, and maintaining consistent service quality across engineering applications.

• Administrator, Project Lead, and Support for Level 2 and 3 of various engineering applications
• Responsible for Roll-out of CAD and CAE applications
• Manage multiple cad version to align with OEMs environment by Configure and administrate CAD application launcher (CenitFlex+)
• HPC Management for CAE software on compute cluster and setup PBS pro for queuing system
• License management and managing/controlling budget together with business representatives
• Validate every SAP and CAD interface releases
• Acted as in-term BRM for Chennai Site

• Review Business Requirement, Check & update Functional Requirement
• Write Functional Test Cases (FTC) based on Functional Requirements
• Update FTCs (Functional Test Cases) based on Functional Domain Leader comments
• Manage/organize FTC review and validation by FDLs (Functional Domain Leader)
• Prepare & Execute User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Manage/organize UATs (User Acceptance Test) review and validation by Business Process Owner (BPOs)
• Functional support & Administration to Global users
