Achievements:-

1. With the power of alignment and team work, we have commissioned & operationalised (First Batch Output of Bifenthrin Technical) plant .

2. By batch size increased and decreasing in cycle time Bifenthrin technical capacity improved to 65MT/Month from 40 MT/month

3. Improved yield on Step-1 Intermediate to 99.17% (Std-96.42%)

4. Yield improved by 3.71% wrt BFA to Bifenthrin tech 96.29% (Std-92.98%) by establishing of 2ndcrop mutilation in Ist crop and standardize the crystallization process.

5. Consumption norms of DMF reduced from 0.007 Kg/Kg to 0.004 Kg/Kg resulted benefits of 50% reduction in ammonical nitrogen in aq layer.

6. Reduction in consumption norms in Thionyl chloride from 0.361Kg/Kg to 0.305 Kg/Kg resulted decreased in CS Lye norms from 0.255Kg to 0.202Kg/Kg and less generation of by products for Dil HCL 25%(0.554 Kg/Kg to 0.438Kg/Kg) and DSS solution(2.548Kg /Kg to 1.308Kg/Kg).

12. Having a part of cross functional team , we have obtained statutory approvals necessary for Plant commissioning including Mfg. Lic, Poison Lic, Solvent Lic, Acid Lic., MA1, CTE amendment for PH-1 nad PH-2

13. Solvent N-Hexane consumption norms decreased to 0.140Kg/Kg from 0.200Kg/Kgin Bifenthrin technical.

14. Hazop for 4nos mapping products conducted for MPP-1 plant

15. With power alignment of team work successfully commissioned and operationalized DCS.

16. . With the power of alignment and team work, we have commissioned & operationalized product lambda cyhlothrin product (step-1 completed)

Power consumption is reduced by 10% by VFD with respect to utility and process of agitator,reduction in BCT ,batch size increased
