2. Stakeholder Management

Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to address functional issues and enhance requirement clarity.
3. Trade Lifecycle and Capital Markets Expertise. Apply a strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, supporting accurate and efficient trade processing from initiation to settlement.
Monitor compliance with global regulations and investment banking processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Support trade processing and risk management by leveraging expertise in financial products and capital markets.
4. Requirement Analysis and Documentation. Lead detailed requirement-gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders, documenting insights to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Analyze business processes and systems to identify gaps, define functional requirements, and propose practical solutions.
Generate clear, concise business and functional requirement documentation to guide technical development and testing phases.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance Support. Define testing objectives and support testing teams in developing test cases that align with project requirements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure that all deliverables adhere to quality standards and are thoroughly tested before release.
6. Communication and Organizational Skills

- Utilize strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Organize and manage multiple project deliverables, maintaining accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Facilitate clear, structured documentation, ensuring accessible records of all project requirements, decisions, and updates.
