Joined this company in Aug.-2012 as a HRBP role and my position was as Regional HR Head.

After the organizational re-structuring held in April-2014 I was re-designated as Hub HR Head and responsible for the entire north india to look after the 10000+ man power numbers.

In January 2019 my role was changed as General Manager- Compliance and in this role I was the part of G4S India office and responsible for the Pan India statutory compliances and other obligations under the applicable labour laws.
