Dashboards in Power BI:
We created multiple Power BI dashboards to have clear data transparency and a consolidated view of all KPI and OOE metrics.
Incidents Dashboard:
Using an Excel macro, I created an incident dashboard that collects data from an RTC-Web service and generates a complete analysis of open incidents that require quick attention. It provides online reports on service level agreements (SLAs). As a result, escalations and manual efforts have decreased. Additionally, there is increased efficiency.
RTC Implementation:
Lead the implementation of RTC (Rational Team Concert), a revolutionary workflow tool that enables the organization to move away from standard email monitoring and toward a new approach of tracking the status and ownership of received work items (emails). These technologies have been effectively adopted in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Possesses abilities in presentation design and data analysis. which has aided senior management in important capacity planning and performance metric selection decisions.
Reengineering the PLA:
A sophisticated effort was launched to ascertain stakeholder expectations in five locations and to document and construct the PLA as envisioned. Bringing a COE and stakeholder agreement to fruition. This project clarified the stakeholder's expectations and the operational challenges, hence strengthening the interaction between the product and our teams.
