*Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals including leadership and niche hiring.

*Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

*Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, the market, our competition, and emerging trends within the talent acquisition market, ensure a strategic pipelines of diverse candidates.

*Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.

*Build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates.

*End to end own hiring projects such campus Hiring, lateral Hiring, employee referral, internal mobility etc.

*Lead/mentor team of recruiters.

*Establishing and maintaining an effective team through managing, advising, and motivating various other teams.

*Partnering with senior management to develop strategic HR goals, policies, and programs that align with business initiatives.

*Developing Human Resources strategies for various teams that includes workforce planning, pay-for-performance, talent management, talent acquisition, and succession.

*Coordinating the recruitment throughout the company. Building relationships with recruiters, setting up interviews, drafting JDs etc. *Leading department personnel, including direct supervision, hiring, training, and performance management.

*Overseeing government, legal, and regulatory requirements and/ or complaints in various areas.

*Planning and conducting new team member orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals. *

KPI finalization for each team member along with seniors: Conducting ongoing KPI assessment and reviewing with seniors.

*Talent Development Deployment : Facilitating in identifying, nurturing and deploying talent effectively.

*Taking structured initiatives in defining the company's values and reinforcing the same among employees through various engagement programs.

*Handling employee payroll and driving a culture of performance from beginning through right Appraisal framework, the role expands as we keep hitting milestones!

* Sourced Unsecured Business Loan (UBL) cases in the market/region through Partner Network/Reference Ensured high quality service and optimal Network Relationship Management Defined and implemented necessary strategies and processes to ensure high level of performance. *Collaborated with other functions (Ops, Marketing, Credit etc.) to ensure sales team gets the necessary support to develop and grow business and achieve targets.
