- All toll collector preparing & maintaining daily & monthly shortage & send to concern authorities for revenue loss recovery
- Preparing & maintaining Exemption report for controlling Exemptions & check status with previous month & year exemption report & report to concern authorities
- Cross checking of barcode & return transactions with daily pass & return journey transaction
- Surprise audit to Lane (checking of operator revenue with system recorded transaction) etc
- All Lane WIM Report Preparing & maintaining daily & monthly
- Ensure all incidents are recorded and responded within stipulated time frame
- Manage and Control Toll collectors and Lane assistants as per roaster management.
