• Detail Engineering:
  1. Timely delivery of engineering design with respect to cost, quality, and time matrix.
  2. Support to process team / Technology team for preparation of Layouts, P&ID & Hazop.
  3. Preparation/Review of instrument list, instrument index, I/O listing, data sheets.
  4. Review & validation of detailed cost estimation.
  5. Preparation / Review Technical Specification sheet (TSS).
  6. Preparation / Review instrument data sheet. (IDS).
  7. Evaluation and selection of vendor & preparation of vendor list.
  8. Floating RFQ (Request for quotation) to approved vendors.
  9. Selection, sizing & specification of suitable field instrument as per process data.
  10. Preparation / Review of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).
  11. Approval of ITP/QAP before release of order.

• Project Execution:
  1. Installation of Field instrument as per hook up & as per standard installation guideline.
  2. Erection, installation & Commissioning of DCS.
  3. Commissioning FF, HART and Profibus device in DCS.
  4. Ensuring all Mechanical punch point need to be close before installation of field instrument.
  5. Planning execution, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans with budgets and deadlines.
  6. Works closely with site Contractors and give them instruction on day to day basis .
  7. Actively Participate in PSSR & ensure closing punch point before deadline.
  8. Ensure all Hazop recommendation related to instrument is incorporated in P&ID, field and in DCS for safe operation.
  9. Responsible for all interlock is checked by process and safety persons as pre start-up activity.
