Worked on M&A deal origination and execution across IT Services and Staffing verticals, managing end-to-end buy-side and sell-side engagements. Led target identification, investor outreach, and mandate closures. Supported transaction execution through preparation of teasers, Information Memorandums (IMs), valuation analysis, deal structuring, and synergy assessment. Built the IT Services & Staffing M&A vertical from the ground up, developing a proprietary database of 2,000+ companies across India and global investor markets (US, Europe, etc.) to support deal sourcing. Successfully sourced seven sell-side mandates (five signed, two under negotiation) and four buy-side mandates (two signed, two on a case-by-case basis).
