I am presently fulfilling the role of overall technical lead for largest automobile manufacturer in implementing Oracle US payroll. My responsibilities require thorough attention to detail and effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration among business requirement sessions, payroll teams, and offshore consultants, ensuring a smooth transition. Moreover, I oversee the mentorship of consultants in the design and development of integrations, reports and fast formula offering continuous support to resolve any inquiries to the team and business

I served as the Integration and Fast Formula Lead for the largest retailer implementing Oracle HCM cloud. My responsibilities included collaborating and managing different teams in developing and resolving complex solutions to fulfill the business requirements. I played a pivotal role in building unique Payroll and Core HR integrations which provided less maintenance to the business. Further built E2E Payroll flows involving ATP objects and OIC.

I worked as a Senior Integration and Fast Formula Consultant for the oldest and largest healthcare customer. My role involved developing complex reports, integrations and extensions. Additionally, I mentored and trained many of the juniors and brought them up to speed.

I worked as a technical consultant for one of the largest health care systems. I was mainly involved in development of complex fast formulas and integrations across multiple modules like absence, payroll, compensation, benefits and core HR to solve business needs.

The overall process included effective time management techniques to meet tight deadlines.
