Experienced in Chromatographic Techniques, Tangential Flow Filtration, Ultrafiltration, Microfiltration, SDS PAGE. Used bacterial liquid cultures to filter out amylase. Later filtrates and concentrates were used for purification of amylase using Ion exchange chromatography. Colour change in DNS assay preliminarily confirms presence of amylase, and its activity was calculated. SDS PAGE was used to confirm the purification.
Silver nanoparticles were produced from food waste (Litchi seeds and Skins) and were tested for its application in production of antibiotics. Aqueous and methanolic extract was used for food waste sample. Silver nanoparticles were prepared using bottom up approach and optimized the conditions (Temp and amount of extract). Then particles were characterized and tested using SEM, TEM, FTIR for antibiotic production.
Rabbit and Goat Serum samples were tested for reaction, to produce Rabbit anti-goat IgG Secondary antibody for further testing. Serum antibody extraction kit was used to extract antibody from serum samples. Then protein A chromatography was done to purify the extracted antibody. A simple radial immunodiffusion assay was done to test the interaction of antibody antigen.
