  • End to end recruitment: Sourcing, staffing, and on boarding candidates.
  • Screening: Short listing candidates sourced through portal (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Hirect, Apna Jobs, Jobs Hai, Times jobs & Other Social Media Platforms like Linked In, FB & WhatsApp Postings) Validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
  • Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that should match with the requirement as per the job description.
  • Staffing: Preparing Requisition gathering template and sending it to correspond sourcing lead to initiate the sourcing. Short listing the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers
  • HR Round: Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries as per company standards
  • MIS: Preparing reports on the no of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinated with various manpower consultants to procure resources for its operations across India, general screening of the candidate’s profile, short-listing them for the interviews, worked on portals
  • Background Verification: Background Verification was carried out for the employees as per the policy, education, experience.
  • Quality Check: Check candidate’s all documents and send offer to candidate.
  • Employee ID Generation: Once offer is sent, initiate the candidate’s necessary details to Employee id generation tool and Completing Joining Formalities.
  • Induction Program: Giving Induction to the New Joiners who join the Company.
  • HRMS Tolls Worked: COSEC MATRIX, ADRENALINE MAX & ZING HR.
  • Email ID Generation: Once employee id is generated, initiate the details to Email id tool.
  • Payroll: After obtaining onboarding team confirmation, verify the salary component and send the details to payroll team.
  • Reporting: Weekly & Monthly dashboard Reports Update.
