- In receipt of arrival details of Import containers with shipping lines, internal customs, CHA & parts controller teams for better planning and movement of containers
- Track the import & export container movements from Port to CFS to Plant
- Follow up with LINER & CHA for DO & Clearance
- Deliver the empty container within stipulated time on assigned location to avoid the cost of detention
- Monthly share the reports of GIT to Finance & Inventory team for audit purpose
- Export the pallets to ILN, PCC based on ILN & PCC eligibility
- Coordinate with Internal customs clearance team for shipping bill, check list, packing list for clear the container & movement to port for vessel loading
- Follow up with liners for container booking & dispatching till delivery to destination
- Support route controlling team by analyzing real time fleet monitoring with the help of GPS to ensure on–time (0 Delays) delivery of material

- Planning of the vehicle Vanning & Truck utilization of each Milk run vehicle as well as line haul vehicle
- Monitoring Truck turnaround time of each vehicle to use it effectively & to save the cost
- Planning the vehicle rotation to use as effectively & to avoid shortage of vehicle @ supplier & customer end
- Sharing the MIS report to top management & Customers on daily basis
- Maintain the reports of Payment tracking, Shipment tracking
- Truck & Container Fill ratio
- JJ Form preparation in SAP for dispatching the goods from plant to assigned location.
