I am a qualified Civil Engineer and post graduate in advanced construction management from NICMAR with project management professional experience of over 15 years. After working 9 years in the some of the top companies in Dubai like Al Tayer Stocks LLC & Al Futtaim Group at various projects & capacities, I moved back to India in 2016 and henceforth worked with the prestigious companies like Wadia Techno Services Ltd, Vindico Management services as project Manager & Retail delivery Manager. Presently I am associated with Acropolis Purple developers in Pune and I manage the Retail delivery and Fit-out for one of the unique Retail project known as Tribeca High street. I have extensive exposure and expertise in civil & interior fit-out projects of commercial, residential, industrial showrooms, workshop, retail outlets, cinemas & offices in design control, execution, project management, operation management, coordination, quality assurance and quality control. I am also a certified ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 Auditor. My experience has been focused primarily on taking projects from an idea or business requirement through concept design, planning, tendering, authority approvals, and execution, fit-out and final hand-over to the end user and also to handle overall operation related issues for all ongoing projects.
