Description:

• Handled (L1 & L2) triaging of bugs related to Google nest products including Google Assistant and related Mobile Phone apps (Google Home App).
• Managed bug tracking and resolution using tools like Buganizer and Android Bug Tool.
• Major work is triage issues and need to update playbooks.

• Provide L2 support for customer submitted bugs who are using google home products.
