It has downstream polymer plants (HDPE, LLDPE, PP), and Associated Units consist of a Butadiene Extraction Unit licensed by M/s ABB-Lummus, a Benzene Extraction Unit licensed by M/s Lurgi, a Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation unit, and a C4 Hydrogenation unit licensed by M/s Axen.

  • Operation of the Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit (PGHU)
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the plant by monitoring and controlling process parameters within design limits to achieve the desired goal of maximum capacity utilization.
  • Responsible for regular operational and maintenance activities of the plant, including start-up, shut-down, emergency handling, and troubleshooting whenever required.
  • Preparation of shutdown and startup SOPs, normal operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and operating manuals for various equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in the operation of several types of equipment, such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, tray and packed distillation columns, absorbers, different types of heat exchangers, cold boxes, dryers, multistage centrifugal compressors, and positive displacement compressors.

Preparation of JHA and JSA for maintenance job execution, participation in safety audits, team safety committee meetings, and upholding safety issues while planning for solutions. Implementation and build-up of a safety culture as a core member of the PSM team.
