There were primarily 3 tasks:
Task 1: Market Penetration and Sales Achievement
- Successfully achieved a target sales goal of Rs 10,000 through strategic application of Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) principles. Also conducted comprehensive market research to identify key customer segments.
- Developed tailored marketing strategies to effectively target and engage identified customer segments.
- Utilized persuasive and effective communication techniques to promote Volume9 products and services, resulting in the attainment of the sales target
Task 2: Promotional Strategy Development and Collaboration Establishment
- Developed and executed targeted promotional strategies aimed at fostering collaborations with companies.
- Collaborated closely with the team to align promotional efforts with company objectives and partner interests.
- Crafted persuasive proposals outlining the mutual benefits of collaboration.
Task 3: Comprehensive Market Research and Collaboration Prospect Identification
- Analyzed the most and least sold products in the industry to identify product synergies and gaps in the market.
- Researched and obtained contact information, including phone numbers, of relevant decision-makers, including HR personnel, within target companies.
- Compiled a comprehensive database of prospective companies, ensuring a strategic and well-informed approach to partnership identification.
