• Based on BOM, Raw Material estimation is done for components/assemblies for BMRCL, KMRCL & DETC projects
• Initiating procurement action as per BOM by placing Purchase Requisition with calculative delivery dates with production programs
• Precise process planning & delivery production orders on time completion of stage work
• Movement of components from Inventory to production shops as per production schedule
• Analyze material requirement and inventory
• Communicate and coordinate with production departments
• Co-ordinate with the R&D group and Product Design for Production Planning
