Project description: It is an innovative online job posting platform that facilitates the connection between employers and job seekers. From entry-level housekeeping positions to top executive roles, users can find suitable employment options. Additionally, Koneqto allows users to share investment opportunities for various projects and connect with interested investors.

Responsibilities:

• Interacted with the stakeholders and gathered requirements by various elicitation techniques.
• Created user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria with the assistance of the Product Owner. Added user stories into product backlog using the JIRA tool.
• Prioritized and validated the requirements using Moscow and FURPS technique, added user stories to sprint backlog based on prioritization order.
• Collaborated with Product Owner and Scrum Master for BV and CP. and assisted the Product Owner for the creation of DOR and DOD checklist.
• Participated in sprint ceremonies to remove road blocks in the project.
• Generated Sprint, Product Burn down/Burn up charts to track the project progress.
• Participated in product planning and UAT to successfully deliver each sprint component.

Project 1: Pramerica Life Insurance

Project description: Worked as Jr.Business Analyst for the Pramerica life insurance project. The goal of the insurance is to provide insurance services for Defense and army people exclusively.

Responsibilities:

• Developed high-quality documentation to support training efforts, helping employees fully understand new systems and procedures.
• Streamlined project management with effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Performed gap analysis between existing systems or processes and desired state, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement.
• Collaborated closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous innovation in the organization.
• Supported software development projects by defining clear requirements and effectively communicating them to technical teams.

Project 2: PrepLadder

Project description: Worked as a IT Business Analyst for an e-learning platform called PrepLadder which caters to medical PG, UPSC and CAT services through videos and question banks to provide quality education accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participated in team meetings to share knowledge, exchange ideas, address challenges, and collaborate on potential solutions.
• Interacted with internal customers to understand business needs and translate into requirements and project scope.
• Boosted customer satisfaction levels by identifying areas of improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
• Enhanced user experience on company website by analyzing user feedback and implementing necessary adjustments.
