Lodestar (previous organization) and Interactive Avenues (current organization) are part of IPG. Lodestar has done an internal transfer to Interactive Avenue. Now working on both companies' clients.

For Lodestar.:

• Prepare an estimate in MediaWare for the client as per the media planner's instructions.
• Release RO to the publisher after obtaining approval from the client on the estimate.
• Request the publisher for an invoice after the campaign is over.
• Monitor the vendor invoice in Mediaware, and hand it over to the billing department.
• Share the weekly client outstanding statement with the concerned team for collection and payments.
• After receiving payment from the client, process the payment to the publisher.
• Ask vendors for a monthly outstanding statement.
• Generate a monthly billing report.
• Generate a purchase order in Vantage for the publisher based on the job number.

For Interactive Avenues.

• Non-media billing for the Mumbai region (over 60 clients).
• Following up with client servicing for client approval on estimates.
• To provide billing documents as per audit requirements.
• Close monitoring on estimates periods and following with client servicing for extension

• Prepare Media Marketing Review on daily basis.
• Booking of Daily Advt through SAP
• Coordinate with agencies and clients for Advt Material
• Keeping update of daily calls of sales executive
• Tracking of approval of advt
• Maintain database of clients & agencies
• Working on Business Object

• Scheduling of Display Ad's (DAVP, Notice Ad's, DGIPR Ad's)
• Handling Ad's Material & Coordinate with Ad agencies about Ad Material. & Release order
• Billing of Advertisement
• Follow up of Cheque Payment of Ad agencies.
