Automation Projects:
- Working with the PSG team to crack the ATPCo All Adds file
- Develop Logics to interpret the Categories Logic
- Develop the Fare Audit Logics to crack the audit content file and match it with ATPCo feed which reduces the dependency on Amadeus

- Performing UAT Test from Business & technical side.
2. Smart Help / Help Tree: (Decision Based tree concept on different processes in Sutherland)
- Creating decision-based tree on the selection of the user, which involves end to end processing scenarios of all Processes.
- Creating decision trees on complex work types with the relevant snapshots for references
- Testing various scenarios based on set parameters.
3. Content Development: (Developing content in Adobe Captivate 2019, Articulate – Rise 360, PlayVox and Epiplex)
- Create and develop content for different businesses within Sutherland based on the client requirement in both Captivate and Rise 360
