• Repairs: Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
• Calibration: Calibrate and adjust machine settings to ensure precise operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for future reference and analysis.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential machine failures and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities during downtime, minimizing disruptions to the manufacturing process.

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance on the machines, such as cleaning, lubrication, and mold changes. Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
