This is a payroll conversion from my previous company to client with all roles and responsibilities remaining same. Also I currently work for the same end client as I was working for the Nityo infotech as a contract employee.

Responsible for Reference Data configuration and management of HSBC clarity, Internal Billing System and Planning Data management team. In depth knowledge of internal billing of an international bank. Expert knowledge of File Base or API based application integration. Live L2 support for HSBC Billing application.

Responsible for requirement gathering and documentation of functional specification of Government business module for Kotak bank In depth knowledge of following module a) Budget Allocation, b) Fund Release, c) Limit Transfer. Expert knowledge of File Base or API based application integration. Sound knowledge of payment gateway and accounting statement.

Responsible for requirement gathering and documentation of functional specification for 75 integration interfaces up till now. In depth knowledge of LOS and LMS. I have also created multiple rule engine to create STP for consumer durable Loan and LAP Loans. Experienced in creating integration specification document for rest API in Json format. Worked with few of renowned vendors of financial domain for Cibil score , eNACH, KYC authentication, eSIGN, Bank statement analysis, Dealer DO Integration, OEM integration, enterprise dedupe etc. Created process wise detail test scenarios (including regression, sanity and re-testing) and executing same, raising necessary bugs with the concerned team, providing UAT signoff after regression and sanity testing  Providing production support after deployment. Maintaining project tracker, with weekly and monthly meetings with respective stake holders.

Responsible for managing a team of 10 mates with below responsibilities. Gathering requirement from actuarial, marketing, policy servicing, claims, new business team about insurance product specifications. Making BRD of the gathered requirement and providing the same to the development team. Cross checking of Product configuration at different table level in base application (Life Asia). Analyzing the change requirement in other front end application used by client and internal operation team where the impact is subjected to change in base application. Doing unit testing for the same, cross-checking system generated tax and payment break up(mortality charges, handling fees, sum assured or premium alterations rates) referring deduction in base application with respect to formula in excel provided by respective team. Creating process wise detail test scenarios (including regression, sanity and re-testing) and executing same, raising necessary bugs with the concerned team, providing UAT sign off after regression and sanity testing. Providing production support after deployment. Maintaining project tracker, with weekly and monthly meetings with respective stake holders. Generating necessary MIS repot as requested by the user. Identifying the gap in application and process which are not in aligned with IRDA (Insurance regulatory Development Authorization) and resolving the same at high priority

Analyze client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis. Facilitate regular meetings with clients to show wireframe and explore more potential solutions. Documenting Incidents reported, Change request, Functional specification, User manual, Application Tips and Tricks. Develop business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes, alternatives, risks. Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications. Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications. Conduct 5+ levels of testing including functional, integration and performance, regression, user acceptance, to verify the client’s needs are met. Supervising L1 team in post-production deployment support.
