  • Worked as an HR professional for five years and covered entire life cycle of employees starting from enhancing onboarding process for client companies to help increase the joining ratio of their companies, understanding reasons for offer decline (also called renege analysis), engaging with new hires of client companies and carrying out a detailed exit interview for employees to understand the root cause of their reasons for leaving and not just the outcome.
  • Worked closely with MIS team in terms of building on attrition review analysis data for client companies across different industries.
  • Have been a part of operations and personally conducted close to 4000 in depth exit interviews for client companies across industries like Healthcare/Pharma/IT/FMCG/ITES etc.
  • Have worked with Cognizant for a few months on contractual basis for facilitating their hiring process, screening employees and grooming them for the hiring rounds.
  • Trained HR professional on how to effectively conduct exit interviews to aid retention and facilitate onboarding process for new joiners and engage with candidates/employees throughout their life span.
  • Been a part of Train to retain programs for line managers and above.
  • Have delivered multiple batches training for line managers and first time managers for healthcare companies like Narayana Healthcare on how to conduct effective PMS/Appraisal process.
  • Worked very closely with the operations team to render deliverables on time and to speed up the ops process.
  • Handled a team of 10 people designated as Quality Analysts in Quality directly reporting in to me. Developed and implemented performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement.
  • Managed multiple quality reports and audits for more than 3 processes at a time (Exit, candidate engagement, New hire engagement etc).
  • Maintained energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced environment.
  • Worked closely with the leadership to build sustainable performance improvement plans for employees and to put the process in place.
