- Collaborated with peers to measure ongoing process performance, enacting changes based on data.
- Performed moderation on abuse workflow for 22 months based on the guidelines provided.
- While moderation of tasks worked on various tools like BB admin, Firebolt and their dashboards.
- Using the guidelines provided we label whether a particular user is spammer or not based on their data provided.
- The aim of the workflow is to identify the spammer who makes edits (create or modify) on fake business for their own benefits i.e., by creating a fake business which does not exist in the real world or by adding the phone numbers to make fraud.
- In this workflow we identify and verify the businesses using the resources provided like streetview, authority website and etc.,
- In this process we check both the normal user edits and the business owner edits according to the guidelines and resources available to remove the user as spammer before the data provided by the user gets reflected on the maps.
- Also while performing in this process received an appreciation certificate from the assistant director of the abuse team.
