Handling the fund transfer module migration from CIB to DEH-CIB

• To modify the data received from the client and verify the data using tools.
• Complete UAT testing, and if you find any bugs, report issues to the development team.
• Track and retest bug fixes
• Ensure all major issues are resolved before sign-off.

• DEH (Digital Engagement Hub) Features: Migration of RIB (Retail Investment Banking) and CIB (Corporate Investment Banking) to the DEH platform.
• Working on the Digitech process to migrate the current process to one platform.
• Complete end to testing in UAT.

• Record to Report (R2R) : Performing AP/AR Activities and month end activities, Balance sheet Reconciliation, preparing Journal Entries and various control schedules.
• Checking invoices, processing them accordingly in SAP systems, and sending invoices to counter entities.
• Preparing accruals, posting journals.
• Sending month-end statements and taking confirmations from the counter entities.
• Resolving mismatches and booking missing invoices so that mismatches can be resolved.
• Escalate as necessary any customer issues related to queries to the Team Lead.

• Perform the, VPS , MPS, UPI ,IMPS , UBPS. MAT and IPS recon daily basis.
• Timely processing of payment of clients through ( RTGS, NEFT and FT mode).
• Conducting ongoing transaction monitoring of all the high value remittances, focusing both on scrutinizing transactions and keeping the documentation and customer information up to date.
• Check if any transaction not claimed by merchant, for those cases proactive credit would be processed to the customers.
• Publish the MIS to respective stake holders on daily basis.
