Morgan Stanley, As a part of MSIM L2 team we provide support to 20+ applications across the globe 24 7 including IT and BU request, Data Migrations incident and Problem Management with Execution of RFB's. Team is also responsible for disaster recovery test events (Data center migration, building power down, Isolation Test) Change Management. Team is accountable to analyze and resolve user issues, Effective communication with both technical and non-technical project stakeholders. Drive Root Cause Analysis, Preventive Measures and provide fix recommendations to the development team. Create, develop and track solutions to application errors reported. Provide in depth analysis and hosting weekly TCM, Downtime, Incident Review and monthly metrics and process improvement calls with the Development teams and stakeholders. Coordinating with automation teams for automation of manual activities to provide Effort Reduction. 

As a IT Analyst in CIti bank account, worked with QMA application which is inhouse appliction for citi. Also used change management done to maintain application availability to end users. Used Mongodb and SQL Server DB for application database.
