Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

· Providing daily and weekly recruitment status to the senior management.

· Gathering the requirements from various hiring managers and business units to service their needs.

· Prioritize the requirements and servicing them based on business criticality.

· Conducting requirement reviews with the hiring manager to understand the requirement and exchange status updates.

· Screening and shortlist of profiles based on the requirement

· Interacting with the shortlisted candidates and briefing them about the requirements, specifications and business.

· Interacting and Coordinating with the Vendors for generating the required resources.

· Preparation of various MIS reports like Recruitment Master Report, Trackers & Offer Related reports.

· Searching the profiles from various sourcing channels, screening the profiles & sending them to the Panel

· Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Monster, Naukri, Linkedin, Internal Recruitment website, 3rd party vendors, and Independent consultants and execute various recruiting strategies.

· Closing offer discussions and informing applicants ‘compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity and provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

· Develop strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both.

Onboarding –

· Expertise in Onboarding a new hire with a aim to provide gracious experience of onboarding to the employee.

· An onboard to implement and plan the process and orientation smoothly.

· Taking care of end-to-end on-boarding formalities of new joiners.

· Onsite/Offshore Transfer

· Accountable for accurate completion of new hire paperwork and personnel files.

· Communicated with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre- employment requirements, including background checks, medical check, other required accesses.

· Audit all candidate information, documents, and background verification reports.

· Onboarded new hires on contract and coordinating for their offer, joining and induction.

· Deliver a superior experience by providing high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre employment onboarding process.

· Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms as per policy guidelines while maintaining data integrity.

· Interact with new hires, Managers and spend time for the new hire customer service.

· Introduced the Onboarding virtually for the new hire in the COVID Pandemic and implemented the process for smooth and gracious experience of onboarding to the new hires and the concerned managers.

Operations

· Responsible for the employee hire to retire process/ exit formalities.

· Employee grievance handling pertaining to leaves, attendance, insurance, employee benefits, new hire process, etc.

· HR data and record maintenance, Leave management, attendance management.

· Responsible for Employee Compensation induction and Benefits insurance.

Training & Development

· Identifying training needs and development of action plans for imparting training including measurement of effectiveness.

Exit Process

· Coordinating & managing Employee Final Settlement with the help of finance dept. and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of an employee.

· Handled the issue by giving warning through verbally or written (issuing warning letter) till termination of employees due to continuous absenteeism, no prior intimation before taking leaves, unable to reach assigned targets, lack of ownership & responsibility etc.
