• Contributed to global R&D projects by providing input on manufacturability, quality requirements, and feasibility studies supporting the successful transition from concept to production.
• FMEA moderation and execution in TDC tool as per project timeline followed by robustness assessment of action plan and it’s on time closure (Projects: BMW, Daimler, Skoda, John Deere)
• Offshore FMEA support for KPC consolidation from engineering drawings and update, Control Plan preparation, Integration of engineering changes
• Conducting RFMEA, its report preparation and presenting to project team.

• Completed inspection reports, describing performance outcomes, and carefully documenting irregularities or variances from expected outcomes. (Projects: (Renault, Nissan, Daimler)
• Participated in root cause analysis investigations, leading to the implementation of effective corrective actions (QRCI / 8D)
• Participated in internal project audits to check for IATF16949 / ISO 9001 compliance and documented the findings in audit reports.
• Project Audit - Follow up for NC, OFI and Action plan till effective closure and discuss in daily or quality meetings.

• Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met. Supervise the work floor, including the processes of galvanizing, sandblasting, and epoxy painting.
