TG Campus® is a division of GreenPoint Global – a New York based business services company with operations in India and Israel providing a one-stop solution for online education. TGC being a product company owns a self-built cloud platform “TG Campus® - whiteboard” which is an online tutoring platform that has features specially customized for institutes, tutors, students.

Responsibilities:

• Continually expanded knowledge of Whiteboard product line.
• Researched product's technical specifications and accurately communicated information.
• Assisted with demonstrations for Whiteboard, Admin Portal to showcase functionality.
• Trained and provided coaching to 5 team members.
• Followed up with clients to verify optimal customer satisfaction following support engagement and problem resolution.
• Worked with software development team on reporting errors and bugs on newly released software and assisted the team.
• Product specialist, Operations Assistant and portal lead for in-house online education cloud platform “TG Campus: whiteboard”
• Supporting the development of the platform with focus on improvement and growth of the product
• Managing the launch of new enhancements in agile ways of working
• Analysis and documenting the product development process with time management, alertness, and strategic planning to support the product build
• Coordinating with Business and IT team for defining product milestones
• Collaborating with the development team and Product / Senior Ops Managers to align the business requirements and to resolve customer issues and end user queries
• Working with complex data sheets to keep records of new enrolments and weekly reporting
• Managing whiteboard and portal with strategic attentiveness by being prompt on the software
• Building and maintaining customer relationships and services
