• Communicate with customers, empathize with customers to collect accurate requirements.
• Work to develop a deep understanding of the product’s target market customer segment.
• Collaborate with all customers facing functions – Sales, Customer Success Managers, Support team, Consultants, Partner Enablement team to collect customer feedback and provide product updates.
• Closely work with agile development scrum team(s) to communicate the requirements and act as customer representative. Bridge the gap between the customer and the agile team.
• Write crisp and clear user stories in a format that the agile team desires Eg BDD
• Formulate and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans.

Responsibilities: Carrying out the PM responsibilities to enhance the component to maximize customer retention. Prioritizing customer requests who are at risk of churn and enhancing the component with the most voted customer requirement.

Tricentis Analytics: A test data visualization tool overarching different Tricentis tools for customers to take business decisions confidently in SDLC. The data is sourced from qTest database. The- data can be exported to customers in raw format(.parquet) to carry out analytics practices in their organization or use the pre-canned reports that come out of box.
Company vision(2022): New initiative to improve cross qTest sales

Responsibilities: Along with carrying out all the PO responsibilities collaborated with the customer facing functions to build the recommended charts matrix that helped team to come up with right data model

Tricentis Robotic Process automation: Software to automate business processes at work by allowing customers to build bots that perform the same repetitive task as performed by humans.

Components:

· RPA studio-The user interface for RPA.

· RPA Scheduler-Execute bots at specified schedule.

Responsibilities: Created wireframes for UX team to get idea of how the UI should look like. Collaborate with UX team to come up with a user-friendly UI. Collected feedback from stakeholders on the ease of use of UI.

API Importer:Utility to import SoapUI tools API tests into Tosca.

Whenever a SoapUI user switches to Tosca, he or she will not lose the artifacts created in SoapUI. Using API Importer, the user will be able to import the SoapUI artifacts in Tosca in accordance with API Engine 3.0
