Process: Bond analytics Team (Fund accounting Dept.)

• Managing amortization & accretion of various types of bonds i.e
• Convertible, Dirty priced, inflation linked, Callable, Sinkable) on daily basis
• Booking Inflation/Deflation adjustment on daily basis for inflation linked securities as per pricing nature of the bond
• Calculating and analyzing the NAV Impact for monthly and daily distribution funds
• Preparing and reviewing Income verification of Fixed income securities on weekly and monthly basis
• To verify all the corporate actions event with Bloomberg and Corporate action team
• Ensuring all the corporate actions event performed along with the changes in positions are verified and accounted accordingly
• Validation of Trades through third-party sources like Bloomberg, Corporate action and Trades team
• Reconciliation of TAX & GAAP accounts and processing the transactions in GAAP accounts as per client requirement
• Responsible for SLA preparation and other KEY metric reports and to share the data with clients on weekly and monthly basis
• Work closely with Team members on client On boarding and various process improvement projects
• Organize allocation of work among Team members in an efficient and effective manner
• Good knowledge of Private equity and Hedge funds
• Hands on experience with Bloomberg Terminal, EDA, WINS (Green) screen.

Process: Doc Risk Interest Rates Review Swaps (IRS)

• Manage and Reconciliations of IRS Trades with the systems on a Daily basis
• Research and Identify the causes of breaks in trades
• Need to work as an Analyst, Auditor and escalator for reconciliation of Derivative Products such as Interest rate swaps (IRS)
• Need to escalate the breaks of trades to the client, on which client provide the resolutions which involves certain amendments either on the confirmation or the system
• Preparation of business reports like Daily, Weekly & Monthly Business review which contains the matrices, achievements, challenges, initiatives and resource utilization
• To Maintain ad-hoc reports further customized as per client requirements

Process: Bond scrub (Semi-Live process)

• To analyze Final Terms Supplement and Offering Circular prospectus of the Bonds
• Need to read and analyze complete Bond prospectus before advising client regarding various deliverability parameters of the bond
• To prepare various reports like Weekly and Monthly matrices.

• Confirm franchisee Net sale & Maintain in account statement as per the company policy
• Issue Debit Note to Franchisee, prepare Final audit report, after every audit Tour
• Provide Audit report of Franchisee to Director and Head of department in every Audit meeting
• Preparation of debtor's outstanding reports at regular Intervals for management review.
